I am Rochelle Marsden, the proud founder, CEO, and Director of Marsden Living Ltd., a company dedicated to revolutionizing the property industry. My entrepreneurial journey in property began three years ago with a simple yet powerful step: purchasing my own residence and renting out a spare room. This experience laid the foundation for what would become Marsden Living Ltd., established in September 2023. My vision for Marsden Living is rooted in a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of property. Resolute to chart a new course in real estate, our founder channeled these experiences into the creation of Marsden Living.
